The role:
Provide leadership, direction and support to a team of staff in Leadership & Management, Project Management and Business Improvement Techniques, managing activity to ensure high quality provision for learners and employers.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate and inspire a team consisting of Curriculum & Quality Lead, Trainers, Tutor Assessors and IV’s holding regular curriculum/subject area meetings.
Delivery of annual reviews/delivery hours pertinent to curriculum clusters.
Monitor the teams case load ensuring assessors are fully case loaded.
Achieve Work Based Learning (Wales & England), Part Time FE funding, other funding routes (and commercial targets as agreed with the Line manager.
Develop and deliver the full course offer, ensuring the offer is fit for purpose and responds to employer and national priorities e.g. essential skills policy, employability, ESDGC, equality and diversity, Welsh language.
About you:
Teaching and learning qualification e.g. PGCE or willing to work towards
Assessor Award and/or Internal Verifiers award or willing to work towards
Proven track record of working with employers.
Commercial knowledge, experience and understanding of industry, including training needs
