Description
1. Support the Payroll Manager through the payroll process from "starter" to "leaver" ensuring high quality standards are maintained.
2. Act as main point of contact during the absence of the Payroll Manager ensuring tasks are completed competently and accurately.
3. Keep abreast of changes to employment and tax legislation and provide accurate advice to all employees as well as making recommendations for improvement to processes to the Payroll Manager.
4. Administer appropriate deductions and maintain accurate records of the Company's salary sacrifice schemes including Cars, pensions and Childcare Vouchers.
5. Administer accurate and timely payments to the Company's pension providers, People's Pension and the ensuring that all requirements are met and any queries are resolved promptly.
6. Provide any required advice and guidance on payroll matters to managers and employees.
