Role Context: Lead offer strategy for the UK Personal Investing organization, focusing on offer performance, offer strategy, and offer feature design for our investment and retirement offers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute digital strategies for retirement and investment offers.
2. Collaborate with key stakeholders across CX, Ops, Tech, Marketing, Finance & OGC.
3. Address strategic questions and expand market share.
4. Lead and develop high-potential talent.
5. Foster a culture of inclusivity, continuous learning, and accountability.
6. Cultivate relationships and drive collaboration within Vanguard and externally.
7. Manage P&Ls and allocate resources effectively.
