You will be responsible for supporting the development of responses to Pre Qualification Questionnaire( PQQ’s), Invitation to Tender (ITT’s) and Request for Quotation (RFQ’s). This role will be based in our Warrington office. Role and Responsibilities Reviewing client documentation for completeness. Supporting the PQQ activity and qualification processes. Responding to Requests for Quotations in liaison with the Bid Manager. Maintaining the central library of information and supporting material. Attending bid planning meetings. Assisting in the development of the story-board process. Able to develop written content / bid responses. Managing the tender preparation and response process on small bids. Managing bid teams and inputs from a variety of stakeholders. Negotiating with and managing sub-contractor and supplier inputs. Close working relationships with other Orano sites and client sites may be required, which may require travel to those sites (dependent upon opportunity).
