Your new company A very exciting, innovative business on Harwell Campus is looking for an accomplished Office Manager to join their growing team. Your new role Your role will be pivotal in the day to day running of the office, facilities and health and safety. You will be responsible for making sure the office runs seamlessly, be the 'go to' person for office related queries and you will build strong relationships across all of the operational functions. You will ensure facilities are maintained as well as working with the HSE team to ensure staff and visitors are kept safe at all times. What you'll need to succeed You will have previously worked as an Office Manager and will want to take full ownership of the role. You will have experience of working with facilities, HSE and basic financials of budgeting and purchasing of office equipment. You will be confident communicator who is able to prioritise their workload and manage expectations internally. What you'll get in return You will receive a salary between £35,000 - £38,000 plus benefits. This role is fully based in the office but there is plenty of parking on site. You will need to drive as you will occasionally need to travel to their other site in Oxfordshire.
