Type: Bank, covering 12-hour shifts of 8-8 across days and nights

Role Overview: As a Registered Nurse, you’re at the heart of making a difference to our residents. You’ll be responsible for driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home. You’re accountable for ensuring policies and standards meet our high clinical standard and offering clinical guidance to the whole care team, crucial in helping with all CQC tasks.
Your Responsibilities Include:
1. Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents and ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
2. Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
3. Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for each of our residents.
4. Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
Key Skills / Qualifications:
1. A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development.
2. Positive attitude with energy and enthusiasm to encourage a supportive working environment.
3. Naturally caring with a hands-on approach, with a flair for helping people maintain their independence, choice, and dignity.
4. Effective communicator able to build strong and honest relationships with residents and their families.
