Job Title: Housekeeper Location: Standlake, Oxford Job type: Permanent, part time Hours of work: 20 hrs a week, 5 hrs a day - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - between 6am & 6.30pm Salary: £24,375 (full time). As well as keeping on top of cleaning, you’ll contribute to the seamless running of our houses, and build strong relationships with your colleagues and the children. As you develop your understanding of the children’s complex needs, you’ll become a positive role model – playing your part in helping them rewrite their stories. We'll look to you to: Take on all sorts of tasks to keep our houses feeling homely – from vacuuming and polishing to responding to reactive cleaning requests. Build positive relationships with colleagues and children in our care. Become part of the daily life of the house and wider community. Participate in regular team meetings and supervision. Undertake cleaning duties in other areas on-site, including education spaces, offices and communal areas. Follow the Mulberry Bush School’s policies and procedures, always prioritising the safety and well-being of the children. Take a proactive role in the safeguarding of our children.
