Our client is seeking a Home Insulation Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Doncaster. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead and manage a growing team of installers while ensuring that our projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of insulation installers, providing day-to-day guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and efficiency.
2. Project Oversight: Oversee multiple cavity wall and loft insulation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
3. Quality Control: Perform regular site inspections to ensure installations meet the company’s quality standards, PAS2030 compliance, and health & safety requirements.
4. Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the installation process, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction at all stages of the project.
5. Logistics & Resource Management: Manage the procurement and allocation of materials and equipment, ensuring that the team has everything they need to deliver successful installations.
6. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in processes, systems, and overall project delivery to increase efficiency and maintain high standards of service.
Key Requirements:
1. Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in managing cavity wall and loft insulation projects, preferably within the energy efficiency, construction, or home improvement sectors.
2. Project Management: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
3. Health & Safety Compliance: Solid knowledge of health and safety practices, particularly in relation to insulation installation and construction environments.
