I am recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis for a role based in Worcester. The role will last around 4 weeks to clear a backlog of work.
Duties include:
1. Checking the purchase order is made out correctly and covers the value of the goods ordered
2. Check that the order isn't a duplicate
3. Check the delivery address is completed and accurate
4. Liaise with the supplier or Shop team when there is an issue with a purchase order
5. Dealing with all other emails e.g. invoice copies, remittances, finance queries
6. Liaise with the finance team on orders, dispatch dates and queries
This is an office based role with office hours of Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch.
