The Role
As a Camunda Designer & Developer you will be technically independent, self-driven and committed. In this role you will assist customers to meet their BPM transformation needs.
Key responsibilities:
* Experience in designing and developing Camunda BPM application.
* Having experience in Agile way of working.
* Experience in working in SOA/Microservice Architecture using Camunda BPM.
* Partner with teams liaising with business directly to analyze workflows and processes, to automate and improve efficiencies.
* Translate requirements to technical specifications.
* Design and develop applications on Camunda/BPM platform to satisfy end-user requirements using out of the BPM product capabilities.
* Collaborate with cross technology teams to integrate BPM applications with enterprise systems, setup/deploy infrastructure, cloud environments, and secure applications.
* Create technical artifacts, including process flowcharts, design/architecture documents, BPMN model, etc.
* Estimate, plan and execute toward expectations and commitments.
* Leverage methodologies and tools and develop metrics to measure operational efficiency.
* Analyze application logs to ensure that functionality and performance metrics meet all product and service level requirements.
* Provide technical guidance throughout business process improvement and modernization efforts to engineer methodologies and principles, including associated processes, technology, skills, and organizational culture.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
* Hands on experience in design and development using Camunda.
* Team Player.
* Proven experience working in an Agile environment.
* Strong knowledge of BPMN, Design and BPMN workflows implementation using Camunda Modeler.
* Experience in Java, J2EE, J2EE Design Patterns, and Object-Oriented Design.
* Proficiency in Java technologies: Hibernate, Spring Framework, Spring Boot.
* Extensive BPM knowledge and experience in conceptualizing workflow solutions using Camunda.
* Ability to integrate Camunda with other systems and services using RESTful APIs, SOAP-based web services, and Spring Integration.
* Experience in working in SOA/Microservice Architecture using Camunda BPM.
* Good knowledge of CI/CD and related tools.
* Proficiency in developing and maintaining applications using Camunda BPM, Java and Spring Boot, including external tasks, APIs, and process applications.
* Experience with Agile software development life cycle.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
* Able to advise leadership on technology architecture issues.
* Promote development of technical infrastructure standards to enable delivery to business domains.
