Protocol Education is looking to recruit Behaviour Learning Mentors with experience of working with pupils with challenging behaviour. This role will involve working in a number of differing positions starting ASAP.
Previous experience working with children is essential. Candidates must be energetic, enthusiastic, and able to work using their own initiative. The role will involve working with a variety of children on a 1:1 or group basis, across the age and ability spectrum. You will be expected to work alongside key school staff and existing behaviour plans to improve levels of pupil behaviour exhibited in class. Over time, you will build a supportive working relationship with pupils to act as a mentor and role model, ultimately improving overall attainment.
Full-time and part-time positions are available.
