LOCATION(S): Leeds, Bristol, Edinburgh
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
About this Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity to join the award-winning Lloyds Banking Group Apprenticeship Team on a 12-month basis. Working as a Delivery Manager, you will design, manage and deliver apprenticeship opportunities across a wide range of business areas, working with a variety of Training Providers.

What you’ll need:
* Ability to build relationships with business stakeholders to understand talent and development needs to recommend solutions.
* An understanding of apprenticeships across the UK, ensuring compliance to funding rules and enabling improvements to programme delivery through external insights.
* Experience of working with third party suppliers to enhance partnerships with Training Providers and Universities.
* Experience of managing programmes and cyclical activities, using qualitative and quantitative measures to monitor performance and communicate the value of delivery.
