Job summary A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Strategy and Development Team of NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin. The postholder will be joining the team with responsibility for the effective delivery of significant programmes of whole scale system change, facilitating and providing commissioning, redesign and project management support. This is an exciting and dynamic role which requires excellent commissioning, service redesign and project management skills with a specific focus on commissioning for person centred care and use of the Population Health Management (PHM) approach to develop and embed outcome-based commissioning across all speciality areas.
