What’s in store for you?
Over 24 months, you’ll dive deep into the world of rail through hands-on experience, mentorship, and strategic projects that will develop your leadership potential and industry knowledge.
Your Journey Will Include
1. Getting into the Action: Rotations across key areas like Stations, Control, and Traincrew to build a solid understanding of operations.
2. Customer & Commercial Insight: Learn how we put passengers first with Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, and Commercial Strategy.
3. Big-Picture Thinking: Work on Finance, Stakeholder Engagement, and Project Delivery to see how it all fits together.
4. Industry Exposure: Collaborate with Network Rail and other train operators, attending top industry events to stay ahead of the game.
5. Leadership Development: Hone your skills with targeted training to prepare you for the challenges ahead.
What We’re Looking For
We're looking for curious, ambitious, and forward-thinking soon to be or recently graduates ready to take the lead and make a difference.
You’ll Need
1. Due to complete or recently completed your undergraduate bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a strong academic track record.
2. A passion for leadership, problem-solving, and driving innovation.
3. Sharp analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
4. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
5. A proactive mindset with the confidence to embrace challenges head-on.
