Job summary Using psychologically based strategies and support methods, the Behaviour Support Worker will work collaboratively with our team and clients to deliver personalised support interventions to children and young people. Depending on client need, this may include supporting individuals in residential, educational, and vocational settings. They will provide support to children, young people, and their families who have complex needs. We aim to help our clients develop or maintain stable, satisfying lives.
