About the Post
We are seeking a skilled Caretaker to join our dynamic Site Team. This presents a unique opportunity for a talented individual to contribute their expertise in shaping an optimal learning environment for both students and staff, thereby supporting Twynham TGS’ commitment to excellence. The Site Team plays a pivotal role in enhancing the overall learning atmosphere, ensuring a secure and conducive space for everyone.
This role is based primarily at Twynham School but you may be required to work occasionally at The Grange School (‘TGS’) too.
This position offers a chance to be an integral part of a renowned educational institution, contributing to its ongoing success and commitment to providing an outstanding learning environment.
We are looking for an outstanding individual who will relish the opportunity to:

* Be responsible for the compliance, safety, cleanliness, maintenance and security of the school site, furnishings and grounds to the expected standards of the Twynham Learning Trust
* Plan, organise, execute and inspect all relevant works relating to the school site
* Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people in accordance with our Safeguarding and Child Protection policies.
