What you’ll be doing
1. Supporting the Senior Base Transformation Lead to ensure the right data is available in GCP working with Data products team and owner of relevant data feeds
2. Supporting the SBT Lead to ensure relevant data products are feeding into automated triggers using NBA/PEGA/Unica working with CRM Ops teams including dedicated Audience Selection Lead and working with Automation lead in CRM Ops
3. Supporting the SBT Lead to ensure to build and develop IBRO Qlik tools to create regional insight dashboards working with Qlik team and Senior Analysts in Base Management
4. Supporting the SBT Lead to work with data science to develop regional dedicated modelling that can feed into PEGA/NBA/OB comms to drive both the offer strength required to convert/ when we should comms and which channel we should be communicating in
5. Supporting the SBT Lead to ensure to performance manage triggers and feed into SPO BB & TV plan
6. Present and influence at MD/Director level where needed.
The skills and experience you will have under your belt
7. Results driven commercial thinker with customer focused mindset
8. Experience in data analysis (SQL, Big query) and data strategy
9. Good understanding of how we can use data to drive outcomes through key decisioning tools and platforms and outbound communications
10. Owning and driving outcomes - able to navigate complex business issues, often across multiple stakeholder groups including trading teams, channels, partnerships, legal & regulatory, brand & marcomms with a clear customer focus in mind
11. Growth mindset – always open to learning, deal with setbacks and challenges head on and adapt to the situation to drive the right outcomes
12. Ability to tell simple stories using data and insight to bring to life and make decisions
13. Able to influence senior stakeholders across a range of complex issues – at Director/MD/CEO level
14. Able to have brave conversations including setting clear expectations of what is required from team giving clear feedback
15. Able to influence and drive through what you need using data and escalations as provided
