Job summary Working as part of the Vascular level 2 site service. Collating and inputting clinical data to the vascular database, organising and managing the Multi-disciplinary team meeting for current and referred patients requiring vascular surgery. Obtaining, collating and feeding back patient and public involvement resulting from vascular services. Ensuing the above is in line with the Vascular strategy and work plan. The Vascular level 2 site service is currently being developed and as part of this service this post will provide advice, support and expertise to all health professionals on vascular audit, Multi-disciplinary team meetings, Clinical Governance and patient involvement. The most challenging part of the job is working with the clinical team to ensure all data is captured and accurately entered in a timely manner to the appropriate electronic record for ward and MDT work and also for measuring patient experience. Responsible for monitoring and tracking referrals of all vascular patients. Ensuring all referrals are discussed at the MDT meeting.
