Salary: £21,800 p/a (£27,250 FTE)
Hours: 32 hours - 4 days p/w (

We are looking for an Assistant Psychologist to join our team at Cygnet Grange and Lodge.
Cygnet Hospital Grange and Lodge are two 8 bed Neuropsychiatric rehabilitation, care and treatment facilities for those affected by acquired brain injuries. The services provides a safe and secure place to aid recovery as well as offering those diagnosed with a progressive neurological disease, like Huntingtons Disease, a caring and long term placement to support and help manage the progression of their symptoms.
Your Day-to-Day
We are seeking an academically strong candidate to support and enhance the psychological care of patients at the service by assisting the Qualified Psychologist with;
1. Contributing to assessments, scoring and reporting (verbal / written)
2. Clinical formulation and implementing care plans for psychological treatment
3. Planning, delivering and evaluating individual / group programmes
4. Administration, audit, research and service development
Were looking for someone who is
5. Degree qualified in Psychology (2:1 or above) or equivalent
6. BPS (British Psychological Society) Accredited
7. Qualified to Masters degree level or higher in Psychology (preferable)
8. Experienced in health care and/or in an Assistant Psychologist role(preferable)
9. Passionate about neuro rehabilitation, learning, and working as part of a team
