Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per annum (DOE) + benefits

In this role, you will assist with event planning and management for meetings, internal and external events. You’ll enjoy working proactively and efficiently, coordinating with internal teams and departments to ensure the smooth delivery of events, ensuring that everything runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage event bookings and field enquiries through relevant database and inbox
* Coordinate departments in supporting Hospitality and Catering, Facilities, AV support etc.
* Ensure office space areas are maintained and impeccably presented, addressing any issues and ensuring the business upholds a professional and welcoming environment for event attendees
* Oversee logistical arrangements on the day of meeting or event
* Research on costings and collating proposals
* Deliver an exceptional experience by warmly and professionally welcoming guests and event attendees
* General Administration: Perform daily administrative duties and willing to get involved and support with ad hoc tasks and requests
Skills and Experience:
* 1-2 years’ experience in an Events Assistant role
* Experience of working in a creative, busy office environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong planning and multi-tasking skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of management (internally and externally)
* Methodical, accurate and consistent attention to detail
* Self-motivation and able to take ownership of tasks
* A flexible attitude, initiative and a proactive approach to tasks
