The group's professional services business will rebrand to S&W in Q1 2025.
This role involves working closely with the Regional Managing Partner of the Cambridge office to support marketing, business development, and growth plans for the office.
As Director, you will formulate and implement a business growth strategy for the SME business offering to the external market, covering accounts, payroll, company secretarial, and related services.
Your key responsibilities include:
1. Compiling and implementing a Business Development and Marketing plan strategy to win work from the external market.
2. Attending calls with prospective new clients to win the work and capturing wins on PowerBI.
3. Handling the smooth handover and implementation of new clients transferring in on a timely basis.
4. Managing and supporting Managers & Associate Directors within the BOS team.
5. Ensuring fee notes are raised on time and reviewing Work-In-Progress (WIP) for client engagements.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
1. An Accounts Qualification or equivalent experience.
2. Experience winning work in the market and enthusiasm to grow the portfolio.
3. The ability to be the client's main point of contact.
4. Experience managing people and growing a team.
5. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
6. An interest in technology and its potential to create efficiencies.
