Salary – £35,000 Per Annum

Role Type – Full Time / Mon-Fri / 8:30-5 / 8:30-4 on Fridays early finish

The Role
We are looking for a dedicated SHE Advisor to support site safety, health, and environmental compliance. You will help reduce risks and hazards, ensure legal compliance, and deliver SHE training. Key responsibilities include conducting workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments while leading incident investigations and root cause analysis. You will implement and maintain the SHE management system, support contractor and visitor management, and drive group initiatives and campaigns.
You’ll also monitor working environments for unsafe practices, recommend improvements, and take action against violations. The role also involves liaising with enforcing authorities, maintaining SHE competency, and deputising for the SHE Manager when needed. Active participation in SHE community calls and forums is expected.
We’re looking for –
Level 3 Health and Safety qualification and Environmental qualification
Manufacturing industry experience
