We are looking for a Full Time Deputy Manager for our Day Services Residential Service in Northern Ireland.
Reporting into the Registered Manager, you will support in running the service and deputise for them in their absence. Working closely with NAS Management and External Stakeholders, you will be responsible for supporting the staff team to facilitate positive outcomes for the people we support. You will display competency in managing and supporting staff around Positive Behaviour Support and challenging behaviour.
The successful candidate will be experienced in line management activities including conducting appraisals, absence management, and holding difficult conversations. They will possess the ability to think on their feet with strong decision-making skills. Additionally, they will have an in-depth knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements, including an understanding of MCAs, DOLs, RISCA, and CIW Regulations, with experience ensuring compliance is in line with exacting standards and good report writing skills. They will also be knowledgeable on the operation of multi-discipline team meetings.

This role is a Permanent, Full-Time position, working 37 hours a week. The salary for this position is £28,629.12 Per Annum.
