Job Title: Property Project Manager (15641)
Contract Type: 1-2 Years Fixed Term Contract
Location: Luton
What you'll be doing
The Property & ID Team plays a pivotal role in keeping our business safe and our growth plans on track. Engaging with people and businesses across the industry, we deliver safe working spaces for our people to perform at their best. We are based in Luton with a small, highly motivated team who travel all across Europe to source, maintain, and deliver exceptional working spaces.
This role will lead step changes in relation to easyJet’s ways of working across the property portfolio to facilitate our people, third-party suppliers, and contractors within the office, hangar, and wider airport environments. This role will identify, undertake, maintain, and develop projects and will help to enhance the performance of the business in the delivery of the company vision.
Requirements of the Role
You’ll have at least five years of experience in change and project management, with a track record of successfully delivering programmes of work. You’ll be confident working closely with project stakeholders and business leads, taking ownership of tasks and prioritising effectively in a fast-paced, reactive environment. You’ll also have a strong ability to see the bigger picture, identifying connections between projects, considering the impact on colleagues, and ensuring everything aligns smoothly.
What you'll bring to the team
Your communication skills—both written and verbal—will help you build strong relationships at all levels, including with senior leaders. You’ll be comfortable negotiating, pushing back when needed, and delegating tasks appropriately. Alongside this, you’ll have experience documenting policies and processes, addressing challenges efficiently, and presenting ideas clearly.
It’s a bonus if you’ve worked on successful commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects and hold a recognised Project Management Qualification, such as PMP or Prince2.
What we offer in return
* Up to 20% bonus
* 25 days holiday
* BAYE, SAYE & Performance share schemes
* Life Assurance
* Flexible benefits package
* Excellent staff travel benefits
Location & Hours of Work
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office.
