We're excited to recruit for this role at Golding and appoint an IT Service Delivery Analyst.
What you'll be doing
You’ll be an integral part of the Service and Infrastructure team, responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support to ensure the smooth operation of IT services.
Handling support requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining IT systems to deliver excellent service to users across Golding Homes.
You’ll work closely with the IT team to ensure an efficient and reliable IT service delivery, providing outstanding customer focussed support. You’ll adopt a proactive service partnering approach to engage with our colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring that service levels are met.

You’ll be solution focused with a can-do approach to proactively deliver IT Support services in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll have proven experience in an IT support role, with strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and common IT hardware and software, as well as experience with IT service management tools and practices.
You’ll be confident with network and server administration and have familiarity with remote support tools and techniques. You’ll have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar would be desirable.

When and where you'll be doing it
You will enjoy a 37-hour working week and earn an annual salary of £31,248 per annum dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.
Working hours will be 8am to 4.30pm or 9.30am to 6pm on a rota basis
The role is based on-site Monday - Friday. After the probation period 1 day a week remote working can be organised.
This role will be based in our head office is in central Maidstone which is a new, modern and bright space which inspires creativity and innovation.
