This role is not just about gathering information or writing tickets; we need someone who can go beyond that. They should be able to differentiate between someone asking for a solution and understanding the desired outcome, focusing on the "why" behind requests and identifying the real problem. Curiosity is key—someone who will ask the right questions and dig deeper is essential for success in this BA role.
