Role: Dental Practice Manager Full time 40 hours a week Monday - Thursday 09:00am to 17:00pm Friday 09:00 to 15:30pm On a Tuesday or Wednesday they stay until 19:00pm Would prefer someone who is still GDC Registered or has clinical background. No onsite parking but the practice can pay for a parking permit at a local car park. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of the dental industry, human resources, and supervisory responsibilities. This role is crucial in ensuring the practice runs smoothly while providing excellent patient care. Duties Manage the overall operations of the dental practice, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient service. Supervise staff members, including dental hygienists, dental nurses, and administrative personnel Implement and maintain human resources policies, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Ensuring compliance with all CQC and GDC regulations and guidelines Develop strategies to improve practice efficiency and patient satisfaction. Handle patient inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to ensure positive experiences. Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for necessary equipment and supplies. Requirements Proven experience in a managerial role within a dental practice is preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Excellent supervisory skills with experience in leading a diverse team. Knowledge of human resources practices related to recruitment, training, and employee relations. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in relevant software applications (Software of Excellence) for practice management.
