Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences? Xtra Space in Belfast is seeking a friendly, proactive, and professional individual to join our team as a Sales Advisor/Customer Service Representative.
What you will do:
1. Assist customers with inquiries about our storage solutions, in person, over the phone, and online.
2. Help customers choose the right storage options to meet their needs and upsell additional services or products.
3. Manage bookings, update records, and maintain accurate customer data.
4. Handle payments, issue invoices, and manage account-related queries.
5. Address and resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
6. Work closely with other team members to deliver a seamless customer experience.
7. Van collections for customers as a part of our Free Collection Service.
8. Help with cleaning all areas when needed and keeping your work areas clean and tidy.
9. Comply with company health & safety procedures at all times.
What you will need:
1. Previous sales/customer service experience would be considered advantageous.
2. A friendly approach with a passion for selling.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
4. The ability to think on your feet and resolve issues calmly and efficiently.
5. Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
6. Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office. Training will be provided for self-storage-specific software.
