What does the day to day look like?
This position is focused on building and growing the permanent placement desk so experience working on a successful permanent desk is essential. It will involve working with existing clients and mapping new contacts within the current client base but also sourcing new potential clients. We work in an International business environment so the need to co-ordinate and balance client requirements with compliance and tax related advice you receive from our internal support teams is paramount.

Job requirements
As an Account Manager you will be the first point of contact for your clients and professionals working on the client projects. In addition to this you will be required to have the following experience and skill sets:
1. Previous Recruitment experience within Renewables/Offshore wind as an Account Manager or Senior Recruiter and have worked placing contract personnel.
2. Be able to demonstrate experience in managing daily operations for your client base.
3. Show previous account development and services provided to your allocated clients.
4. Responsible for maintaining gross margin.
5. Managing and overseeing internal processes.
6. Excellent face to face, verbal and written communication skills.
7. An ability to plan and prioritise your own workload.
8. Deep understanding with offshore/onshore wind techs and the various positions from Service Tech, CT, AT, and levels of Techs.
9. Ability to sell our services, build relationships with various sites. Customer service skills.
10. Commercially minded and competent in negotiating, dealing with conflict, interfacing with clients and contracted professionals.
