Draft, review, and ensure the precision and clarity of various legal documents. Conduct interviews to gather statements and verify the accuracy of recorded information. Analyze and organize medical records as required for case preparation. Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including correspondence and client inquiries. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through phone, email, and written communication. Screen incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member or department. Maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems. Coordinate appointments, ensuring timely scheduling and resolving scheduling conflicts. Provide general administrative support to improve office efficiency. Prepare and compile court bundles for hearings and trials. Required Attributes: Experience as a Legal Secretary. Strong typing skills.
