Band 2 Admin Officer - North London Breast Screening Service
To work closely with the nursing, mammography, management, and medical staffing teams to ensure that any issues in clinic are raised immediately to maintain an excellent level of service to patients/clients.
Main duties of the job
1. To manage the follow up bookings of designated cancer results clinics and ensure that these are booked efficiently and that any booking issues are raised immediately with the management, nursing, and medical staffing teams to ensure patient care is not compromised.
2. The post-holder will deal with incoming calls from colleagues, patients and other services.
3. To provide a courteous and professional reception service to patients/clients and clinicians in line with office procedures, contributing to the overall efficient and effective running of the North London Breast Screening unit.
4. To be fully competent in all administration functions required by NLBSS.
