Trades Administrator Wanted!
Our client is seeking a Trades Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The Trades Administrator will be working full-time in the office, assisting with the administrative tasks related to plumbing and heating projects. The Trades Administrator must have proven experience in a similar role and industry, as well as strong organisational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities for the Trades Administrator:
* Technical Support, providing support to plumbers and heating engineers
* Project Management, preparing documentation, processing invoices, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
* Customer Service, responding to customer inquiries, managing contract details and providing project updates
* Administrative Support, assist with scheduling, managing contracts, and coordinating with other teams
* Inventory Management, assist with inventory control for plumbing and heating materials
Skills Required for the Trades Administrator:
* Attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* Proficiency in computer software, Microsoft Office
* Basic knowledge of plumbing and heating systems (preferred)
* Proven experience in the same role or similar
