Job Purpose: As a Sales Coordinator, you support our sales team of Golf Travel Experts with the preparation and coordination of custom, small group, and cruise itinerariesWhile there is no requirement to do so, the Sales Coordinator role has proven to be an excellent training ground for those who wish to progress to a career in sales as a Golf Travel Expert with PerryGolf, typically within a 12 to 24-month periodKey Duties:Preparing custom tour itineraries utilising company software Arranging client invoices and final travel documents Coordinating dining reservations, caddies & other special requests Gathering international air travel information from clients Collating client notes and arrival & departure information for PerryGolf field staff including hosts, drivers and airport greetersManaging waitlist enquiries Desirable Experience & Traits:Knowledge of and/or interest in golf and travel considered a plus but not required Experience working in office administration and following proceduresConfident user of Microsoft Office365 suite of products (Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook in particular)Superior verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detailExcellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloadAn ability to work independently, and collaboratively as part of a teamCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary paid.
