Hours – 40 per week between the hours of 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm Saturday, Sunday. (2 week rotation)
Salary - £23,920 plus commission paid 4 weekly (OTE £500 per month)

As a Telephone Sales Advisor (Inbound) you’ll be speaking to our customers who have previously visited our Currys website and are looking to purchase some of our amazing technology and services.
Through effective listening, fact finding and matching the customers’ needs with our amazing technology and services, you’ll convert these calls into sales whilst delivering a best-in-class customer experience and creating customers for life.
Don’t worry if you’ve never worked in a telephone sales role, with our training and ongoing support you’ll be able to offer a world class sales experience.
Role overview:
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Exploring customer needs and offering suitable products and services from the Currys website
2. Effectively pitching the benefits of Currys products and services to customers
3. Guiding the customer through the sales journey whilst ensuring they are kept fully informed
4. Working towards and aiming to exceed sales expectations
5. Delivering a best-in-class customer experience
You will need:
6. To be a confident communicator with strong people skills
7. To be driven with the desire to consistently exceed sales targets
8. IT literate with the ability to navigate multiple systems quickly and efficiently
9. A passion for tech!

11. A passion for putting customers first and creating customers for life
12. Previous sales experience would be desirable
