Purchase Ledger Assistant Permanent Full Time North Liverpool - £27,269k
Seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a small and friendly finance team. You will be responsible for providing support to the Business Manager and Finance team in all financial, business and administrative functions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Creating purchase orders
Placing orders with suppliers
Matching invoices to purchase orders
Dealing with all invoice queries
Sending invoices off for approval
Reconciling supplier statements on receipt
Posting credit card receipts
Reconciling credit card statements
Preparing payment runs
Person Specification:
Previous purchase ledger/finance experience
Excellent attention to detail/high level of accuracy
Excellent organisational skills
The ability to work to deadlines
A team player, who can also manage their own workloads
Strong communication skills
Excellent IT Skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel.
