Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join their team and oversee on-site operations across multiple developments. Job Summary As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of projects on-site, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating subcontractors, managing health and safety compliance, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure seamless project progression. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager within the Residential Sector Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and health & safety requirements Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain effective communication. Experience in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant project management software. Strong leadership and team management skills. Qualifications: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification (required). CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card First Aid (preferred). A relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (desirable)
