We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic, high quality Assistant Principal to join our team.
Trumpington Community College is at an exciting point in its journey, and we are looking for an inspirational and motivated individual to join us for the next step. The specific areas of responsibility of the role will depend on the successful candidate, but would be potentially be around the areas of Personal Development, Culture and Character including Careers, Behaviour, Pupil Premium, Attendance, and Community. We are looking for someone who aligns with our philosophy and vision for education, who has enthusiasm and expertise and can inspire others and take staff with them.

The Assistant Principal will lead, motivate and inspire students, staff, parents and the wider community, to ensure every student achieves well. We have ambitious plans for the future of Trumpington Community College and creating an academic ethos is at the centre of this. We believe that our children deserve only the best quality staff and so we recruit carefully and invest in training to ensure continuous improvement and an excellent quality of education.
