We're currently partnered with a regarded IFA in Ringwood, for an experienced practitioner to join their established Fostering service as a Supervising Social Worker.
As a Supervising Social Worker, you will be responsible for:
1. Supporting and managing approved foster carers.
2. Assessing special guardians.
3. Ensuring support plans are in place.
4. Working with children’s social workers to achieve permanence through long-term fostering or special guardianship.
