🧑‍💼 Who You Are
You’ve seen how the payments machine works—from inside companies like Visa, Mastercard, Stripe, Square, Adyen, or other fintech leaders. You’ve built partnerships, sat in strategy meetings, and know exactly where the inefficiencies are. You understand the incentives, the pipes, and the politics. And maybe, you’ve always felt: there’s a better way.
This is that better way. And it’s your chance to help build it—with more upside and less risk than ever before.

Under the hood, we’re AI-native, radically improving the cost structure of payments using open banking and real-time rails. We’re slashing interchange, and redistributing the value back to users and merchants.
We’re past ideation, product is in motion, early partners are in talks, and investor conversations are underway. You’d be joining at the founding stage, with full visibility and ownership.
🎯 What You’ll Own
· Lead Sales & Strategic Partnerships with POS providers, gateways, acquirers, and banks (UK, EEA, US)
· Close our first major go-to-market and acquiring partners
· Shape our commercial model, pricing, and distribution playbook
· Be the face of our brand in key ecosystem conversations
· Co-build product-market fit and GTM strategy with the founding team
This isn’t just a sales role—you’ll be a co-architect of the business.
🚦 What We’re Looking For
· 8–15+ years in payments, fintech, acquiring, or card networks
· Deep network of C-level leaders at processors, POS platforms, banks, or merchant acquirers
· Strong understanding of interchange, open banking, POS tech, and card issuing
· Proven experience in closing complex deals and scaling partnerships
· Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and execute from scratch
· Bonus: Experience at Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Stripe, Adyen, Marqeta, Square, or BaaS platforms
