We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated, flexible person to provide support within the Facilities Management Client Unit based in the Councils offices in Bexleyheath Town Centre About The Role To provide comprehensive administrative support to a range of services across the Council to meet the core business needs of the service. To review, update and report via our CRM package (Civica) compliance in all aspects of the Councils specifications. To regularly update and monitor all quotations received, reporting on any discrepencies to the Team Manager. Please refer to the Job Description attached for more information. Candidate Profile You’ll be extremely organised, highly proficient on all MS Office products, in particular Excel. Previous experience in using FIS (Financial Information System) would be an advantage. You’ll be someone can take direction, as well as going the extra mile, who can keep a cool head under pressure, be proactive and forward thinking, with the ability to prioritise when you’re up against it In order to succeed in this post you will need a good standard of Education along with a strong Customer Service ethos as building relationships is key to this role.
