Location: Soho, London (Talent Management Office)

Key Responsibilities:
* Comprehensive Diary and Schedule Management: Coordinate a busy and ever-changing calendar, ensuring seamless day-to-day planning.
* Travel Coordination: Organise global travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation, and visas.
* Business Support: Act as the first point of contact for talent management and professional engagements, handling correspondence, meeting preparation, and follow-ups.
* Private Support: Oversee personal tasks, household management, and lifestyle administration, ensuring all private affairs run smoothly.
* Project Management: Assist with personal and professional projects, from events to charity commitments.
* Discretion and Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience as an EA, ideally within the entertainment or creative industry.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to anticipate needs and prioritise effectively.
* Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in high-pressure environments.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
* A flexible attitude towards travel and hours, with a willingness to go the extra mile.
* Impeccable discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters.
