About the Opportunity: The Group Head of Marketing will lead all marketing activities across Praxis Group, encompassing Praxis Real Estate Management, TASK Fitout, and Praxis Facilities Management. This high-impact role is critical in unifying and elevating the Group’s marketing initiatives. Initially, the focus will be on bringing cohesion to existing activities, followed by the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy and plan. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Planning Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overarching business objectives to drive growth and enhance portfolio value. Collaborate with Asset Managers to create and execute tailored marketing plans for specific assets, including commercial office spaces, retail centres, and residential properties. Identify opportunities and risks by analysing market trends and competitor strategies. Leverage metrics like sales data, footfall, and spend to inform and optimise marketing activities at Praxis Group centres. Brand Development Serve as the brand custodian, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels, including online, print, and property signage. Create marketing materials and campaigns that enhance Praxis Group's reputation, attracting both tenants and investors. Lead rebranding initiatives for refurbished or repositioned assets to maximise their market appeal. Leasing and Occupancy Support Partner with the Leasing Team to design marketing campaigns targeting prospective tenants. Develop compelling brochures, presentations, and virtual tours to showcase available spaces. Utilise digital marketing tools, email campaigns, social media, and property listing platforms to drive occupancy rates. Oversee centre photography and branding to ensure properties are presented at their best. Digital Marketing and Analytics Manage the Praxis website and associated sites (e.g., Praxis Retail and asset-specific pages), ensuring listings and content remain current and engaging. Use SEO, paid advertising, and social media marketing to boost asset visibility and engagement. Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, refining strategies for maximum effectiveness. Develop and execute robust social media and content strategies to enhance audience engagement. Partnerships and Stakeholder Management Build and manage relationships with external suppliers, including PR firms, advertising agencies, and digital marketing consultants. Collaborate with internal teams, such as property managers, asset managers, and sustainability experts, to align marketing efforts with operational goals and ESG priorities. Budget Management Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and deliver measurable ROI. Strategically allocate resources across various initiatives and channels for maximum impact. Key Skills and Competencies Proven ability to develop long-term marketing plans that align with business objectives. Professional services background or similar company preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Expertise in marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools. Innovative approaches to branding, tenant engagement, and digital campaigns. Strong ability to interpret data and refine strategies based on performance metrics.
