Part time Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant. 8 Month Maternity Leave Contract Abbots Langley, Hertfordshire. 25 hours per week. £14 - £15 per hour Joining an established Company within the Trades sector, proud members of Checkatrade. Recruiting a Part Time Accounts / bookeeper for a 8 month maternity leave duration. Experience is just as relevant as AAT or similar. Joining a friendly, busy office based team. Responsibilities include : · Reconcile Bank Statements daily and process transactions · Post supplier invoices and reconcile creditors ledger · Prepare payment proposals for supplier invoices and other costs · Maintain fixed asset register and prepare monthly depreciation journals · Reconcile all balance sheets accounts monthly · Monthly review of profit and loss account to ensure all costs are accounted for · Prepare sales invoices and email/post to customers · Reconcile customer accounts and sales ledger · Prepare and file VAT returns · Prepare payroll and submit using Xero including CIS · Other associated tasks as required.
