Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Hard Services Manager to join their expanding team within Central London. This role will involve providing site management support and assisting the Account Manager on a prestigious site in the City.
Position: Hard Services Manager
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Benefits
Location: City of London
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities
Contract & Statutory Compliance: Ensure all site activities comply with contractual and statutory requirements.
Support for Mobilisation and Engineering Teams: Work closely with the Mobilisation Manager and Engineer Support Supervisor to facilitate smooth operations.
Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to Health & Safety standards, including both client and company protocols.
Understand and enforce company Health and Safety policies.
Comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act.
Review company risk assessments and method statements to ensure they meet standards.
Lead or support incident investigations, escalating issues as required.
Report any near misses or hazards promptly and oversee corrective measures.
Deliver toolbox talks regularly to ensure all staff are informed and compliant with company policies.
Service Delivery & Quality: Oversee the timely and efficient delivery of services, minimising disruptions and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while balancing cost-effectiveness and service quality.
Maintain proactive communication with clients to accommodate their needs and manage any changes effectively.Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in building services management.
Expertise in Compliance: Proven knowledge of statutory and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance.
Educational Background: Electrical Engineering qualification at Level 3 or equivalent.
Leadership Skills: Prior experience in supervisory or management roles.
