Customer Service Administrator required for Temporary to Permanet position based in Heckmondwike. You will work 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working is allowable. Some flexibility on hours but would prefer a 9.30a.m. start every day if possible. The role will involve customer contact by telephone, advising customers (after training) about the merits of specific models of boiling water taps and the benefits of each. A sympathetice response to, for instance, warranty claims, is also required. Good literacy, numeracy & IT skills: As well as developed communication skills, orally and in writing, the role will involve some IT skills to make use of, at a comparativlely low level, the business' website. An ability to prioritise and manage tasks. As customers approach the business via online, a key task will be ensuring the prompt, efficient dispatch of product orders, making use of a carrier portal. Whilst the job will be based at an office within a warehouse in the Heckmondwike area, it is envisaged a hybrid model of part-time working (of, it's expected, 20 hours per week) will be appropriate to the role once the person has been trained. For an appropriately qualified person, training will be offered in both use of the business' website as well as the attributes and benefits of each product sold by the business
