CUDO is building the future of high-performance computing. Our mission is to provide scalable, sustainable GPU infrastructure for AI, research, and enterprise workloads – combining flexibility, speed, and cost-efficiency. We’re growing fast and focused on building world-class commercial capabilities to support it. As a HPC Supply Manager, you’ll play a key role in enabling that growth by securing the right hardware, from the right partners, at the right commercial terms – helping us deliver cutting-edge compute at scale. This critical role will be responsible for strategically managing all aspects of GPU inventory, both within our internal infrastructure and through our network of third-party suppliers. You will be instrumental in ensuring we have the right GPU capacity in the right place at the right time to meet the growing demands of our users. This role requires a strong understanding of hardware supply chains, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners. The Role We're looking for a commercially-minded, infrastructure-savvy HPC Supply Manager to join our team. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, securing, and managing relationships for both “HPC-ready” clusters and our decentralised GPU platform, with a focus on GPU, CPU, and storage solutions aligned to NVIDIA-based architectures. This is a strategic and hands-on role at the intersection of procurement, infrastructure delivery, and commercial growth — perfect for someone who knows the hardware space and thrives in a fast-moving, scaling environment like CUDO. Key Responsibilities Supplier Relationship Management Manage key vendors across the GPU ecosystem (Infrastructure funds and VCs, data centers, bare metal providers, mining companies, IaaS providers, and aggregator partners), cultivating strong, collaborative relationships with all GPU suppliers by creating an attractive ‘Partner Program’. Support both CUDO-owned and Resale delivery models with commercially viable supply options, on favourable pricing and terms. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new GPU suppliers, using our clear selection process that includes working with the infrastructure team on technical fitness-for-purpose evaluation of the supplier's data centre and network Identify and secure access to “ready-to-go” HPC clusters from our supply partners. Act as the primary point of contact in CUDO to optimise availability, cost-effectiveness, and scalability of supply. Ensure supplier SLAs and contract terms support scalable, reliable service delivery. Commercial Support Maintain a real-time view of hardware availability, pricing, and commercial terms that can be shared with our commercial team to accelerate contracting speed. Work with legal and finance on contract execution and cost modelling. Drive margin optimisation and procurement efficiency across the CUDO supply base. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Sales) to forecast GPU demand and develop proactive supply plans to meet future needs. Performance Monitoring and Reporting Track and analyse key supply chain metrics (e.g., availability, cost, lead times, partner performance), identifying areas for improvement and providing regular reports to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks within the GPU supply chain, developing contingency plans to ensure business continuity. Infrastructure Insight Act as a strategic interface between supply chain and infrastructure delivery teams. Stay ahead of GPU market trends and pricing (e.g., H100, H200, B200, GB200) to inform procurement timing and positioning. Ensure all sourcing aligns with CUDO’s service architecture and delivery frameworks. About You You'll have proven experience (5 years) in supply chain management, procurement, or partner management, preferably within the technology or hardware industry. Possesing a strong understanding of GPU technology, service-provider networking technology and datacentres, you'll be commercially sharp with strong understanding of cost modelling, margin dynamics, and contract structures. You'll have excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, alongside experience in forecasting demand and managing inventory effectively. You'll confidently be able to operate across technical, commercial, and operational teams with clarity and above all you'll be self-driven, solutions-focused, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-scaling environment. Bonus Points These aren't essential but will make you stand out in the crowd, so shout up if you have experience in high-growth scale-ups or remote organisations, experience in the cloud computing industry, familiarity with decentralised infrastructure concepts or familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes in an infrastructure service environment. Why Join CUDO? It's a great time to join us at a pivotal moment in our journey. You'll get to be part of a driven team redefining high-performance cloud infrastructure, working at the cutting edge of AI infrastructure with exposure to world-class partners and customers. You'll enjoy helping to shape our commercial, supplier and cluster operations from the ground up, and with a committment to flexible working (we're 100% remote), competitive package, and the opportunity to make a real impact, why not join us Whilst we are a fully remote team, this job requires the post holder to be based within the UK, preferably in the south to attend occasional meetings with the team. There may also be some international travel involved with this role on occasion.
