Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 + Competitive Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Exceed sales and margin targets.
Maximise business opportunities with both existing and new customers through efficient call coverage.
Proactively generate new business in the defined area, targeting opportunities aligned with company ideal customer profile.
Regularly track performance against daily, weekly, and quarterly KPIs and targets.
Ensure all administrative tasks are up to date and actively managed.
Skills & Experience
Proven sales experience of at least 2 years within the HORECA & Education sectors.
Strong sales background with a solution-based approach tailored to customer needs.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to generate new business opportunities that align with company targeted profile.
A passion for food, with a creative approach to menu suggestions, portion control, and financial costings.
