About the Role: You will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging history lessons to students across a range of year groups. This includes: Planning and delivering a stimulating curriculum aligned with the National Curriculum for History. Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that ignites students' passion for the past. Encouraging critical thinking and independent learning skills in students. Contributing to the smooth running of the history department during this temporary period. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in History is essential. A strong track record of delivering high-quality history education to secondary school students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students of all backgrounds and abilities. The ability to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
