Job Title: Customer Experience & Sales Support
Location: Horsham (Office-based)
Hours: Full-time, 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage customer onboarding, contract renewals, and service queries.
2. Identify new business opportunities and uplift leads from existing clients.
3. Handle Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) and quote for service jobs and contract renewals.
4. Build strong client relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
5. Provide monthly reports and maintain client data.
6. Ensure high standards in customer communication and account management.
Skills & Experience:
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel); CRM experience.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to manage client relationships and work independently or in a team.
4. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive problem-solver.
