* Learn about our current paid media strategies, tools, and processes.
* Shadow existing campaigns to understand workflows and best practices.
* Begin identifying opportunities for quick wins and early optimisations in PPC performance.
* Take ownership of our PPC campaigns, ensuring they meet performance and ROI targets, with a focus on understanding customer intent and behaviour.
Establishing Your Impact…
* Expand our reach across channels, including YouTube, Google Display Network, Taboola, and Outbrain.
* Develop a robust testing strategy for creative, targeting, and bid optimisation.
* Provide regular reports detailing test outcomes, key learnings, and next steps.
* Collaborate with the website team to ensure landing pages align with campaign goals and drive conversions.
Driving Excellence…
* Consistently deliver campaigns that exceed performance expectations.
* Refine strategies to drive growth on emerging platforms.
* Analyse data to uncover trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Develop insights and strategies for landing page personalisation to enhance conversions.
Key Responsibilities
* Learn about our current paid media strategies, tools, and processes.
* Take ownership of our PPC campaigns, ensuring they meet performance and ROI targets.
* Expand our reach across channels, including YouTube, Google Display Network, Taboola, and Outbrain.
* Maintain and scale non-brand paid search campaigns, improving CTR and search impression share.
* Develop a robust testing strategy for creative, targeting, and bid optimisation.
* Provide regular reports detailing test outcomes, key learnings, and next steps.
* Collaborate with the website team to ensure landing pages align with campaign goals and drive conversions.
* Work closely with designers to create high-quality assets for multi-channel campaigns.
* Consistently deliver campaigns that exceed performance expectations.
* Refine strategies to drive growth on emerging platforms.
* Analyse data to uncover trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Develop insights and strategies for landing page personalisation to enhance conversions.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* A natural inclination to test, learn, and innovate.
* A strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
* Enthusiastic about working cross-functionally and contributing to shared goals.
* At least 3 years managing PPC campaigns, with significant experience in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and platforms like YouTube and display networks.
* Proven ability to execute and analyse A/B and multivariate tests.
* Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads, and Excel/Google Sheets.
* Experience shaping creative strategies for performance marketing.
* Familiarity with native advertising platforms like Taboola or Outbrain.
* Hands-on experience with video advertising, especially on YouTube.
* Exposure to conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives.
* An understanding of SEO and its synergy with paid media efforts.
